Laidback Luke makes Tomorrowland history with biggest b2b in the festival’s history at his SUPER YOU&ME set 

Fresh off a historic return to Tomorrowland 2025, Laidback Luke is reigniting his iconic superhero themed party series, SUPER YOU&ME, with a special Comic-Con weekend takeover on Friday, July 25 at Parq Nightclub in San Diego.

This year’s Tomorrowland set marked the biggest b2b set in the festival’s history, as Luke took the stage alongside Bassjackers, Goodboys, Sander van Doorn, Dannic, Firebeatz, Yves V, Wiwek, Abel The Kid, Mike Cervello, Mimi x Fy, Mark Roma, James Carter, Yamo, Jared, and Ocsav - all under the SUPER YOU&ME banner. The momentous B2B brought superhero energy to the massive international crowd and reintroduced the beloved concept to a new generation of dance music fans.

Originally launched in 2008 at Paradiso in Amsterdam, SUPER YOU&ME was born from Luke’s love of comic books and the invincible feeling of DJing. Over the years, it has evolved into a high energy global brand, known for unforgettable sets and over-the-top costume fueled performances. A longtime fan of comic culture, Luke even teamed up with the late Stan Lee to create custom superhero suits for his sets and host a fan-led costume design competition. “I wanted to combine feeling like a superhero and DJing,” says Luke. “For every Tomorrowland, I would have a new custom suit. It all came from that feeling of wanting to be larger than life on stage and to share that energy with the crowd, hence Super YOU, and me”

Beyond its theatrical flair, SUPER YOU&ME has also been a springboard for emerging talent. Its 2009 Miami Music Week party marked the first-ever show by Avicii, with Luke continuing to spotlight future stars like Tchami, DJ Snake, Carnage, The Chainsmokers, and Blasterjaxx across the brand’s many editions at EDC, Creamfields, Governors Island, and more. “It’s about the energy,” says Luke. “But also about lifting others up, giving a stage to the next wave of talent.”

Now, following the buzz of Tomorrowland, Laidback Luke brings SUPER YOU&ME to San Diego for a night of high-impact fun at Parq Nightclub during Comic-Con weekend, as well as the stunning Tomorrowland Brazil. Fans are encouraged to suit up and embrace their alter egos for a night of superhero fueled dancefloor escapism.
