Lethal Technology releases "Mechanical Era"

Lethal Technology proposes a very eclectic music because it draws its inspiration from different styles of metal which are the Indus, the death and progressive metal. The band does not want to be locked in a predefined genre and wants to use the wide range of styles that metal offers.

Founded in Collombey in the Valais region of Switzerland in March 2011 by guitarist Cedric Ferret under the name Seventh Wave. A first EP Programmed World will be released in May 2012 which will allow the band to play as an opening act for bands like Dagoba and to perform in France and Belgium.

In April 2017 the band split and in July bassist Julien Dulex joined Cedric Ferret to continue the adventure but this time under the name of Lethal Technology.

The band is joined by Jade Hänni and Sofiane Thoulon respectively on throaty and lyrical vocals. The band will be able to count on the experimenter Xavier Boscher, solo guitarist of the band Misanthrope, to add solos and some rhythmic parts to the album which gives it another dimension.

Mechanical Era the first album of the band will be released on September 24th, 2022 in digital and on November 25th 2022 in physical CDs. It will take you to a futuristic and post-apocalyptic world where the coexistence between humans and machines is complicated and even the relationship between human beings is not simple. This album offers you a sonic journey where the sounds of the mix of the synth with the riffs of guitars, where the guttural voice is married and opposed to the lyrical voice and where atmosphere and brutality cross and mix.
