Lusaint Announces EP "The Apothecary (PT.2)" & EU/UK Headline Tour; Releases Single 'Blind'

Friday 21st November - Today, UK singer-songwriter Lusaint officially announces the exciting news of the second part of her EP, “The Apothecary (Pt. 2)”, due for release on 17th April 2026. She also has announced a string of headline tour dates across EU & UK, including shows in Berlin, Amsterdam, Prague and London’s Oslo. Tickets are on sale here.

To celebrate, Lusaint shares brand new single and music video ‘Blind’, the next instalment from the upcoming EP, “The Apothecary (Pt. 2)”, which follows from recently released ‘Waterfalls’.

The deliciously dark new single see’s Lusaint flex her vocals across the track’s richly textured soundscape of bold jazz-infused flare which dances with a delicate pop nuance. With verses that waver through emotional peaks and troughs, which is characterised by Lusaint’s vocal versatility, the chorus builds to a crescendo of emotional vulnerability, with guitars, pianos, and drums, culminating in quick, breath-catching breaks that rebuild momentum with each return. The end result being a vibrant single which feels contemporary with a classic nostalgic twist.

Speaking on the single, Lusaint says: “Blind is about having the opportunity to get out from a situation while you can and gaining power from it. The habit of coming home to somebody every day when you know it isn’t right has finally ended and the weight is now lifted.”

On her first ever EU & UK headline tour, Lusaint adds: “I am so excited for my first European and UK headline tour. I can’t wait to play new music from my Apothecary EP with my band across so many cities and venues.”

2025 has been a jam-packed year for Lusaint, which has seen her play alongside the likes of, Micheal Kiwanuka, Montreux Jazz Festival, a string of UK and European festivals and the release of her new EP “The Apothecary (PT.1)”.

Growing up in Stretford, Greater Manchester, Lusaint never imagined a music career was possible. Inspired by her parents’ jazz and blues records, she started singing Ella Fitzgerald and Nina Simone covers in local bars before landing her breakout moment in 2019. Her version of En Vogue’s ‘Don’t Let Go’ became the UK’s most Shazamed song in a single day, followed by a viral take on Wicked Game that has since surpassed 41 million YouTube views.

These moments launched Lusaint into the spotlight, leading to a record deal and her debut single ‘Dark Horse’ in 2023. With a timeless voice that blends jazz, soul, and pop, she has since racked up more than 250 million streams, earned widespread radio support from BBC Radio 1’s Jess Iszatt and Maia Beth, and been tipped by tastemakers including Notion, Wonderland, and F Word.

Her debut EP Self Sabotage arrived in September 2024, amassing over 15 million streams and cementing her as one of the UK’s hottest newcomers. The project sparked festival slots at Boardmasters, The Great Escape, and Neighbourhood Festival, as well as support slots alongside RAYE, Tom Grennan and Nia Archives, and more.

With the release of “Apothecary (Pt. 1)”, which has already streamed over 1.5 million times on Spotify, Lusaint has continued her rise. With the single Neon Lights receiving four spins on BBC Radio 1 and securing her the BPI MEGS Fund 2025, a packed summer of festivals, including a BBC Introducing stage appearance at Old Trafford, plus headline shows in Italy and France, she has further proved her place as one of the UK’s most compelling and fast-rising stars.
