Madsen sign contract with Arising Empire
Arising Empire are very proud to announce the signing with German Alternative rock band MADSEN. “We are so happy MADSEN is joining us!” says Tobbe Falarz, CEO Arising Empire.
Co-founder and Nuclear Blast CEO Markus Staiger adds: “MADSEN are one of my all-time favourite bands! We’re really excited and looking forward to the future.”
Diak Haring, manager of the band, continues: “After two successful releases, we are definitely happy and thankful for our time at FOUR MUSIC. But now we will start something new and try to have even more success with our next releases on Arising Empire!”
The German band has already published six successful albums; of which five of them reached the top 10 of the official German album charts. The latest two records (»Wo Es Beginnt«, 2012 »Kompass«, 2015) were the greatest success in the band’s history, with both albums entering the top 5! While »Wo Es Beginnt«, even managed to reach #2!
In addition, MADSEN became one of the best live bands of Germany in the last years and they are well-known as an ideal live act for festivals.
“After some very exciting years with Universal and Four Music we are now ready for a new challenge: Our CEO visited our concerts as many times as our truest fans! This is going to be absolutely amazing! Some songs are already written, the studio is booked and we’re excited for the new album”, tells Sebastian Madsen.
The album is scheduled to be released in 2018 and a tour leg for this record is planned as well. The first songs can be expected this fall, so stay tuned!
