Make Do And Mend announce California shows with Ways Away and Hushmoney

In March 2026, post-hardcore band MAKE DO AND MEND announced their return following a nearly eleven year hiatus and soon hit the stage supporting I Am The Avalanche on an east coast tour in June. Now the band announce their return to California for a three show run in November with support from Ways Away and Hushmoney, with Chico, popfree, and M.U.T.T. on select dates. Make Do and Mend have been hard at work in the studio, crafting their forthcoming album, ON GOING, set for release in 2027 through New Morality Zine. You can follow for updates on the band’s Substack.

Make Do and Mend originally rose to prominence in the early 2010s, part of the rising hardcore and punk scene at the time alongside peers like Touché Amoré, Title Fight, Balance and Composure, Polar Bear Club, and more. Originally signed to Panic Records, and then Paper Plastick Records and Rise Records sequentially, Make Do And Mend has a rich discography with notable releases including 2009’s Bodies of Water EP, 2010 debut album End Measured Mile, 2012’s Everything You Ever Loved, and 2015’s Don’t Be Long. During their initial run, the band toured the world alongside Hot Water Music, La Dispute, Superheaven, and all the artists aforementioned, as well as performed at festivals including Slam Drunk, The Fest, and Sound & Fury.
