Martian Music Blasts Off with Bad Influence Riddim and Oil Drum Riddim

Trinidad and Tobago-based Martian Music ignites the soca industry with the release of two new compilations, Bad Influence Riddim and Oil Drum Riddim, available worldwide from all major digital retailers on September 9, 2014, with pre-order available now, from FOX FUSE.

The Bad Influence Riddim presents a melodic, groovy soca compilation that features three of soca’s top stars with Nadia Batson on the title track “Bad Influence,” Lyrikal on the party tune “Part Ah Yuh Nature,” and chutney soca star KI on the fete favorite “Professor Feter.” All three tracks have been gaining momentum on soca radio platforms and with their international release now, are bound to thrill soca lovers across the globe.

The Oil Drum Riddim, produced for Grenada’s annual carnival known as Spicemas, is an up-tempo groovy soca compilation that features three of soca’s shining talents with Nadia Batson featuring Boyzie on the smash “Wildness” and Lavaman on the energetic “Strong Rum & Beers.” Both tracks have been gaining momentum on soca radio platforms and with their international release now, are bound to please soca lovers everywhere.

Martian Music was established in 2007 and is headed up by Trinidadian producer Erikkson Kendel George AKA Don Iko, who has been crafting beats and hit tunes for over eight years now. He started off as a radio DJ then transitioned into music production, first producing jingles and commercials for all the biggest fetes (parties) and concerts in Trinidad. His exciting take on soca music is making Martian Music a household name in soca music today.
