Mind Rays - Debut LP 'Nerve Endings' out March 24 via PNKSLM Recordings
Punk Slime Recordings are proud to present the Belgian garage punk quartet Mind Rays and their debut album Nerve Endings. Mind Rays have quickly emerged as one of the most exciting new garage acts in mainland Europe, and with Nerve Endings they’re set to take over the world. Lead single “Still & All” was released in November and second single “Demuie” is out now, with the full-length arriving on March 24 via PNKSLM Recordings. UK & EU tour dates around the album release to be announced.
The Ghent based quartet Mind Rays first appeared on the Belgian music scene in 2013, and have since made a reputation for themselves as one of the best live bands in the region, with countless wild and chaotic gigs in Belgium, Holland and France. Last year they released a split 7” with fellow Ghent act Teen Creeps on Oddie Records and a cassette EP on the Los Angeles based label Gnar Tapes, while supporting the likes of King Khan & The Shrines, Wand, Ausmuteants and Rocket From the Tombs.
Now Mind Rays have signed to PNKSLM Recordings for the release of their debut LP Nerve Endings on March 24 – and it’s simply one of the best garage punk records we’ve heard in a long time, instantly blowing us away on first listen.
