néomí releases new single Catburg

néomí is a Dutch-Surinamese singer-songwriter from Zwijndrecht, Netherlands, known for introspective atmospheric pop with sparse instrumentation and cinematic folk textures. Her writing sits in emotional clarity rather than spectacle, she's drawn comparisons to Laura Marling, Phoebe Bridgers and Daughter.

“For A Minute” is the new playful track by néomí. Written with Bobby Knepper in Nashville during a spontaneous session while being in a happy mood, it captures “not so much serious but just 2 people, enjoying themselves, being in awe of each other”, says néomí.

Marking the first single from her brand new EP “Crunchy, Sad and Strangely Happy” (out Sep 18 via Nettwerk), she’s gearing up to support Rikas in Brussels and Paris (Apr), will open for Tamino in July (NL) and was just confirmed to play Reeperbahn Festival 2026.
