New promotion departement Napalm Records in Berlin

After the latest news about the expansion of the New York City area office with Marketing Manager Bram Teitelman and Public Relations Manager Natalie Camillo, there is also big news in the European promotion team: Napalm Records hires new promocists Sarah Weber, Sophia Schulze and Rayk Kozian in the Berlin office! They join the team around office manager Billie Klein, PR manager Lukas Frank and PR Assistant Martyna Marchewka.

For over a quarter of a century, leading international rock and metal label Napalm Records has combined tradition with modernity in its work and is recognized for consistently discovering talented young artists, promoting new trends and accompanying artists in the long term. Currently, the renowned Napalm Records roster includes international talent such as Alter Bridge, The Smashing Pumpkins, Powerwolf, OOMPH!, Jinjer, Hammerfall, DevilDriver, Delain, W.A.S.P., Alestorm and many more of today’s top rock and metal artists.

Sarah Weber joins Napalm Records after three years at Universal Music Group’s Corporate Communications Department. She formerly worked as a journalist for different online, print, filming and radio outlets, after she started her career at gigflip in 2013. Sophia Schulze joined the PR department in June already. She built up a deep understanding for marketing and management processes in her previous jobs and combines these skills with a broad media knowledge and creativity.

Rayk Kozian joins Napalm Records from TMO - The Music Office, where he worked as Royalty and Copyright Manager for more than three years. Being an active musician, both on stage and in different TV formats, cutter, music teacher and band coach, he knows the music business for many years from many different perspectives.

Sophia Schulze adds: “Ever since I was a child, I have wanted to work in the metal/rock music industry and make a difference. I am looking forward to working and growing with a team full of diverse and remarkable people.“

Rayk Kozian offers: “After I have been working in various parts of the music industry over the past seven years, I'm excited to expand and share my experience to an established metal label like Napalm Records. I’m looking forward to work with the team and exciting artists from the constantly growing roster. I’m proud to be part of the Napalm-family!”
