Dutch folk sister duo Sarah Julia return with “Therapist’s Daughter”, the fourth single from their upcoming debut album "The Fear That This Is Real", out October 9 via Nettwerk. The track explores the painful dynamic of carrying the weight of someone else’s past and the realization that, despite trying to help someone heal, you may ultimately not have a place in the life they’re moving toward.

Recorded live in Woodstock with producer Philip Weinrobe (known from his work with Big Thief, Adrienne Lenker, Billie Marten), "The Fear That This Is Real" is Sarah Julia’s most cohesive and intimate work yet: harmony-led indie folk shaped by blunt emotional honesty, classic ’70s songwriting and the sisters’ close musical bond.

Sarah Julia have quickly built an international profile, earning a Music Moves Europe Award, becoming a Spotify RADAR Artist and Spotify EQUAL Ambassador and landing on YouTube’s 100 Artists To Watch 2026.
