New Single Release for Kika: "Guess it's alright"

Kika was Born in Porto, Portugal. She plays piano,guitar and drums. Kika released her first album "Alive" edited by Universal in March 2013, currently available in the Portuguese market only. Two of the songs in the album were produced by RedOne, who went on to mention Kika on Twitter as a "future star".

The début single "Guess It's Alright" was for almost 6 months in the top 3 of Radio Comercial the most important radio station in Portugal, taking the number 1 spot, more often than not.

Both this single and her album, "Alive" reached number 1 on the iTunes store (Portugal). A second single from the album was also released. Kika recorded a bilingual duet "Love Life" with French singer John Mamann., composed by RedOne, which was released in France. Love Life was for quite some time the song with more airplay time on the french radio.

Afterwards, she released a cover of Jackson 5's "I want you back" which was used in the massive summer campaign of TMN, the most important Portugese mobile operator.

Kika is the youngest artist ever to perform on the main stage of MEO Sudoestye, the biggest summer festival in Portugal, in a night in which the other artists in the program were Cee Lo Green and Calvin Harris
