Gods of Tomorrow releases physical edition of debut album

The melodic rock project issues its first record via Wormholedeath.

Capitalizing on the global streaming momentum of their debut album and its preceding singles, the Greco-Chilean hard rock outfit Gods of Tomorrow issued the physical edition of the recording. The tangible format is available now worldwide, answering the demand generated by the initial digital success.

Founded by Greek guitarist and primary songwriter Konstantinos Markou, the group represents a formidable cross-continental alliance. To execute his vision of modernizing classic 1980s melodic rock, Markou enlisted a heavyweight South American lineup: vocalist Felipe Del Valle, drummer Felipe Cherubini and bassist Rainer Hemmelmann, rounded out by lead guitarist Thomy Gunn.

Thematically, the work navigates the friction of modern life. "I had a strong desire to write an album that tells real stories, stories about what I and so many people around the world go through," Markou explains. "It deals with a society of dream-thieves and disappointments. I decided to bring in Felipe, along with Cherubini and Rainer, because they are the right musicians, people who share, understand, and can bring my vision to life." That vision has already resonated strongly across the global rock press. US-based media outlet Dead Rhetoric noted the act's "great mix of melodic hard rock and classic metal influences," highlighting that "the powerful resonance in the pipes of singer Felipe Del Valle surely will electrify." Similarly, Scotland’s Rockfiend Publications praised the release as "a bold statement with a huge sound."

Tracking took place across Germany, Switzerland, and Chile, with the final mix and master handled by acclaimed Chilean producer Nicolás Arce. The visual identity of the cover was created by Boris Mena.

The record is available now on physical CD format and across all major streaming platforms.
