Chilean natives Non Residents unleash their latest single ‘Not For Me’, taken from their debut album Against Police Brutality. They formed in 2019 in Brooklyn, New York and this is where they filmed the video for the single on a tight budget that captures the feel of their struggle.
"We were anxious to know if the idea would work. There wasn't much time to plan things or tests therefore we had to quickly set up everything and record the video before the police could arrive and everything would be over. We were able to do three takes of the song and the reaction from the people who were in the car was great. Without a doubt, this experience will be an anecdote that will accompany us for the rest of our days and that marks the way we live and do things. Don’t ask too much, don't think about it so much, just do it!"
