Nova Rock: countdown to June

NOVA ROCK is already heading towards its eleventh edition this year! Starting in 2005 they already had a great line-up with bands such as System of a, Marilyn Manson, Nightwish and The Prodigy. This year is no different. As the biggest Rock festival in Austria, NOVA ROCK has put together an impressive line-up that can easily compete with the big festivals in Germany.

Headliners are Mötley Crüe, Die Toten Hosen and Slipknot. These band sare joined by Alkbottle, All Faces Down, All That Remains, All Time Low, Antilopen Gang, Architects, Asking Alexandria, Backyard Babies, Beatsteaks, Betontod, Beyond The Black, Blues Pills, Callejon, Code Orange, Deathstars, Deichkind, Die Fantastischen Vier, Die Toten Hosen, Drescher, Eagles Of Death Metal, Eluveitie, Epica, Farin Urlaub Racing Team, Feine Sahne Fischfilet, Fiva, Five Finger Death Punch, Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls, Godsmack, Guano Apes, Heisskalt, Hollywood Undead, In Extremo, In Flames, Jennifer Rostock, King 810, Kraftklub, L7, Lagwagon, Lamb Of God, Life Of Agony, Madsen, Mambo Kurt, Mastodon, Moop Mama, Motörhead, Mötley Crüe, Nightwish, Northlane, Orchid, Papa Roach, Parkway Drive, Powerwolf, Rakede, Rea Garvey, Rise Against, Scooter, Slipknot, Solstafir, The Answer, The Gaslight Anthem, Wolfgang Ambros & Die Nr.1 vom Wienerwald, Yellowcard

The festival is organized over a 3 day period and takes place from June 12 till June 14. It is located in near Nickelsdorf and the Hungarian and Slovak borders.

For the eleventh edition NOVA ROCK has put in place some changes to increase the comfort level of its visitors. The main change is that the two main stages will be positioned next to each other with only 200 meters in between them. Visitors therefore don’t have to walk far to go from one stage to the other.
