Memoremains Release New Single “Rise Again”

After releasing their third album Toxic Devotion in 2025, Memoremains return with new original music with the release of their new single, Rise Again. It is their first original song since the album. In spring 2026, Memoremains released a cover of Good Charlotte’s I Don’t Wanna Be in Love.

Rise Again is a song about falling, failing and why it is worth carrying on even when common sense tells you otherwise.

“I fell, even though I knew about the pitfalls on the way / I must make my own mistakes”

The chorus boils the idea down to one line: “I’m gonna rise again”. In that sense, the song feels particularly fitting as Memoremains return with new material.

The music video for Rise Again was made without unnecessary polish. The band went down to the basement of their rehearsal space, picked up their instruments, turned on the lights and started rolling the camera. One take. No second chances. The result is an energetic and good-humoured video that captures the band much as they really are in their rehearsal space.

Hailing from Seinäjoki, Finland, Memoremains are an independent Finnish band combining catchy pop melodies, heavy metal riffs and danceable, groove-driven rhythms in an unapologetic mix of styles. Across three studio albums, their sound has continued to evolve, with the 2025 release Toxic Devotion representing another step in that progression.

Completely independent of a record label, Memoremains have steadily grown their audience and established a strong position within Finland’s independent music scene. Their most-streamed track, Bring It On, has already surpassed 5.7 million streams on Spotify.
