Mylla Issues releases "My(Rage)"
Moving between darkwave and EBM, MYLLA ISSUES draws from the darker side of 1980s electronic music while incorporating contemporary influences. Across twelve tracks, My(Rage) builds its identity through melancholic synths, hypnotic basslines and cold electronic textures, creating a world where introspection, unease and transformation sit at the centre of the songs.
The album explores recurring imagery linked to dreams, ritual, esotericism and personal reflection. While many of the tracks carry a strong emotional undercurrent, the record also keeps one foot firmly on the dancefloor, balancing atmospheric moments with rhythms shaped for dark clubs and alternative venues.
Songs such as “Creature Of June”, “Cold Hearted Snake”, “Modern Vampires” and the album’s central track, “Hollow Way”, showcase the different sides of the project. The album also revisits two earlier songs, “Party” and “Afterlife”, reworked to fit the sonic direction of My(Rage), alongside two alternate versions of “Creature Of June”.
Since 2025, MYLLA ISSUES has built a growing live presence across Italy and abroad, sharing stages with artists including Shad Shadows and Years Of Denial. Additional dates are already scheduled for France and the United Kingdom, including shows supporting Chameleons and Agonal Gasps.
