Product of Neglect Drops a One-Minute Unrelenting Slam track with "Super Slam Bros"

Australian deathcore outfit Product of Neglect returns with another dose of pure chaos in their latest track, 'Super Slam Bros'. Clocking in at just over a minute, this track doesn’t waste time. It explodes from the end of the iconic soundbite, and doesn't let up till the climax!

Abandoning all conventional song structure, 'Super Slam Bros' delivers a relentless barrage of crushing riffs, pulverizing drums, and raw, guttural & shrieking vocal aggression, with that signature slam that death metal, deathcore, and bsdm fans will love. There are no lyrics, just pure sonic devastation. An unrelenting wall of sound that drags you headfirst into the carnage, and won't let you go even after the song ends.

Opening up the chaos is a soundbite from Clint Eastwood’s iconic "Do I feel lucky?" monologue in Dirty Harry. For a few seconds, the legendary line collides with the crushing opening riff, merging film history with sheer sonic violence. There's no pause, no break, just a relentless brutality.

Short, absolutely brutal, and straight to the point with zero thought for recovery, 'Super Slam Bros' is an adrenaline-fueled gut punch that leaves you wanting to hit that replay button.

Bio:

Brisbane deathcore outfit Product of Neglect are steadily establishing themselves as ones to watch in the local heavy scene. Featuring the singles “Perpetual Night” and “Cerberus”, the band released their debut album Synthetic Freedom on 2 February to modest success. The nine-track project, originally intended to be shared as two conceptual EPs, showcases the best that they have to offer with a narrative journey of love, hate and abandonment. Its horror movie samples and crystal-clear mix marks an impressive foray into gloomy slam territory, bolstered by quality over quantity.

Product of Neglect are Brandon Lee Haase on vocals, Pierce Thompson and Gregory Laird on guitars, Christopher Steley on bass, and Michael Robertson on drums. Forming on New Year’s Eve in 2019, guitarists Pierce and Greg were jamming with their current vocalist on drums when the idea of starting a band came to fruition. After the trio discovered that Brandon had the perfect voice for their sound, they quickly appointed him as the frontman.

In early 2023, Chris joined on bass and the rest fell into place, eventually leading to Synthetic Freedom. Late 2024, Product of Neglect entered the Good Things Festival band competition, at which they found Michael, who instantly clicked with them, and they got right to work, making new music. not letting anything get in the way of what they wanted to accomplish, the band released their track "Rituals" to amazing response, garnering almost 10,000 streams and 15,000 views as of February 2025, and have continued this trend by releasing their new track "Super Slam Bros" only three months after.
