A Tribute To Darkthrone
A Tribute to DARKTHRONE is the latest installment in Antichrist Magazine's international tribute series, bringing together 16 underground bands from the USA, Poland, Brazil, Sweden, the UK, Finland, Germany, Austria, and Scotland to honor one of black metal's most influential and uncompromising bands.
Spanning Darkthrone's career from Cromlech and In the Shadow of the Horns to Transilvanian Hunger, Quintessence, Too Old Too Cold, Circle the Wagons, and Leave No Cross Unturned, the compilation offers personal interpretations rather than carbon copies of the originals. Every participating band approached the songs with respect for the source while adding its own identity.
