Born and raised in Boston, singer-songwriter Rachel Platten has been an independent pop/rock musician for more than 10 years. While in college, Rachel realized her true passion was music and upon graduation, dropped everything to move to New York City. There, Rachel met and played with a variety of musicians, from all skill levels and genres, from open mic nights to eventually self-booking and touring the country on her own.
Rachel’s journey and struggle inspired ‘Fight Song’, which is topping charts from the US to Australia and making waves in Europe. A true global breakthrough hit in the making! Even Taylor Swift was spotted in a “This is my fight song” T-shirt after inviting Rachel onto the stage of her world tour.
