Really big really clever release brand new single, answer me, ahead of debut album release
Really big really clever is the new project from Jared Tomkins and Jordan Lilford, formed in 2022 after the split of their previous band Gender Roles. After years of touring, writing & recording together, the pair wasted no time in writing and recording self-titled debut album at London's The Bookhouse Studio with producer Tom Hill. Expect chaotic fast-paced guitar bangers about doubt, uncertainty and self-help.
Set for release on December 1st, the self-titled debut album will be released on vinyl through London sustainable and genre-fluid label, Beth Shalom Records. The fast-paced, face-melting album clocks in at around 20 minutes in legnth, making this short burst of energy all of the more impactful.
Completing the live line-up is Chris Childs and Sam Perkins (All Better) to bring the duo's record to life. And with just 2 weeks until it's full release, the Brighton outfit release it's final single, answer me. Coming in at just over 2 minutes, this short lil banger goes full throttle and is a guaranteed crowd pleaser. Already with a number of shows under their belts with the likes of Tigercub, Church Girls, and Lakes, the band will be embarking on their debut headline tour across November and December.
