Europe's biggest crossover band, RISE OF THE NORTHSTAR, have announced the second part of their tour in support of 2018s album »The Legacy Of Shi«! The tour will lead the band through Belgium, Germany, Czech, Austria and Switzerland, bringing their biggest and most ambitious production to the stage.
