Robin M Launches New Afro House Label ULU Records With Inaugural EP 'Ho’omaka Ana / Spirit Of Sarangi' Inspired by World Sounds

London based DJ, producer Robin M has carved out a name as an underground one to watch through a flurry of recent releases showcasing his Afro, Deep, Tech and Tribal sounds. He now turns his output into newly formed label ULU which will feature its debut EP ‘Ho’omaka Ana’ and ‘Spirit Of Sarangi’.

Robin has been moving up the musical DJ ranks over the last few years and has enjoyed major success with his recent release ‘Vazilando’ which dominated the Beatport Top 10 Afro chart for more than 6 months. His sound has been evolving especially within his releases ‘Hangdrum’, ‘Ghost’, Biscuit’ and 'So Long’ as well as showing huge fan potential with his releases ‘Moment’ which has streamed over 15 million times and ‘Don’t Say Goodbye’ surpassing 10 Million across DSP’s.

His USP lies in his ability to fuse world influences, with his signature mix of Afro/Deep/Tribal/Tech sounds, synths and deep rolling house grooves, masterfully combining serving up melodic/afro/dark/tribal-tinted flavours perfectly suited to late night dancefloors.

With his new EP Robin M delivers 'Ho’omaka Ana' and 'Spirit of Sarangi' inspired by Hawaii. The debut label release displays his continued fascination with underground global sounds and is a fitting track to launch the ULU label, the name derived from, “Ho’omaka Ana” (meaning ‘Beginning’).

Support for his records has already come from a wide range of DJ’s including Andrei Oliva, Blond:ish, Black Coffee, Eli & Fur, Hannah Wants, Idris Elba, Jamie Jones, Vintage Culture and Mr V.
