Rover releases "Let It Glow "

Rover is one of the few artists that are uniquely talented today. Right from his debut, this top-notch songwriter created his own world, with influences ranging from Bob Dylan and David Bowie to The Beach Boys and Jeff Buckley, where he can give free rein to his emotional release. The result is an indefinable, living signature of pop music.

The "Let It Glow" album is not from our time but for it. Rover lights a torch here, and holds it up to the skies, to Bowie, Lennon and all those we wish to think of. Rover is not a usurper. He deserves more than being unwisely labelled anyway. And his music rapidly avoids facility. Is that pop? Is that rock? We don't know and, actually, we don't care.
