Salacious Techno Meets Queer Hedonism | Wax Wings & Miha To Unleash Provocative Debut EP ‘The Confession’ on Citizen Records

Sonic seduction, pulsating bodies, and relentless beats define The Confession, the debut EP from London-based techno innovator Wax Wings and Slovenian performance artist Miha. This provocative collaboration blends salacious techno with raw artistic vision, creating a visceral journey into the heart of queer hedonism and club culture.

Released via Citizen Records, the three-track EP showcases Wax and Miha’s multidisciplinary talents, intertwining industrial basslines, ominous tempos, and jagged rhythms to create unflinching narratives of dark, sensual abandon.

Opening with lead single “What If I Told You To”, the EP layers suspenseful, driving beats with imperative vocals by Miha and Australian DJ-producer Lucille Croft, crafting a soundscape that delves into uninhibited sadomasochistic perversions.

The title track, an allegory on cruising, captures a stalk-like pursuit of fleeting anonymous encounters. Throbbing pulses blend with cold, hypnotic electronics to evoke the psyche of an unquenched beast. As the track builds, rapturous percussion crescendos into a primal climax. Closing with “Moan”, the EP transitions into a sultry, slow-tempo finale. Breathless vocal samples, warped exhales, and euphoric synths deliver one final, ominously sensual release. Additionally, remixes of “What If I Told You To” by Vitalic and Munsinger breathe new life into the track, with Vitalic’s authoritative electro style and Munsinger’s sleek EBM rework adding dynamic reinterpretations.
