Sharon, Randi & Friends with Special Guest Bram! Virtual Family Singalong Show -January 22, 2022

TORONTO – What do Sharon Hampson and Bram Morrison, of the legendary trio Sharon, Lois & Bram, Sharon's daughter Randi, and their family and friends do when it's time for a big celebration? They make music together, of course! Fans of all ages are invited to join them in celebrating the release of the new album, Sharon, Lois & Bram Best of the Best Live at a LIVE virtual Sharon, Lois & Bram Singalong on Saturday, January 22, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

As a "thank you" to Sharon, Lois & Bram fans, this will be a free show. Access will be via Zoom HERE.

It's been more than a year since Sharon & Randi's last live virtual concert, and they're excited to be back to present another "by family, for family" experience. Singalong highlights will include such beloved Sharon, Lois & Bram favorites as “Jack Was Every Inch a Sailor,” “Shoo Fly Pie,” “Chicken,” “Hey Dum Diddeley Dum,” “She’ll Be Coming Round the Mountain,” and, of course, “Skinnamarink.” An array of surprises, including giveaways, will be sprinkled throughout the festive proceedings, and the show will also feature a “sneak preview” of illustrations from the upcoming Sharon, Lois & Bram picture book, One Elephant Went Out to Play. As a special treat for fans, there will be a Meet-and-Greet with the performers after the show.

Just as Sharon, Lois & Bram brought happiness to four generations of children and their grown-ups, Sharon Hampson and her daughter Randi have continued to share the music of Sharon, Lois and Bram with yet another generation of families. This up-close-and-personal singalong gathering will be a real family affair featuring Sharon & Randi, special guest Bram, Randi's sons Ethan and Elijah, and Randi's beau Jim. Sharon & Randi will also welcome special friends who helped curate Sharon, Lois & Bram Best of the Best Live, performing their own rendition of one of the album's songs. Nashville-based Jacy Dawn Valeras will sing "Shoo Fly Pie," accompanied on piano by Roy George, who discovered the tapes that were used to create the album and who will “Zoom” in from Virginia. Jacy Dawn Valeras will c0-host the show with another of the album's curators, NYC-based Kris Stengele.

"Music was always a major part of our family celebrations. We were famous for our singalong parties at the Hampson household. This is our chance to share some of that musical magic with our audience," says Sharon Hampson. "We are thrilled to have this opportunity to once again see the smiling faces of our guests singing along with favourite tunes, old and new."

"We love seeing families at home singing together. It really feels like we are all connected through the music," adds Randi Hampson. "We also want to encourage fans to get their kids vaccinated so everyone can get back to singing together in person soon!"
