The Decemberists - The Better Part of Bravery (from the Wildwood OST)

From the award-winning studio behind 'Coraline', 'Kubo and The Two Strings' and more, Wildwood is LAIKA’s epic stop-motion fantasy adventure, based on the bestselling novel by Colin Meloy (frontman of The Decemberists).

Set in a mysterious, magical forest beyond Portland, Oregon, the story follows Prue McKeel as she journeys into the forbidden wilderness to rescue her baby brother. There she discovers a richly imagined world of warring creatures, ancient powers and unexpected allies.

Directed by Travis Knight, Wildwood combines LAIKA’s distinctive handcrafted animation with an expansive story about courage, friendship and finding your place in the world.

The film features an original score by Dario Marianelli alongside new music from The Decemberists.
