Best I Can Do is a song tailormade for a sultry, Indian summer evening. A song about the cravings of love, a romantic nugget about running away together, to the end of the world – or beyond.

Filled to the brim with elegant soul (think Marvin Gaye) and subdued funk (think Isley Brothers or their present day counterpart Anderson Paak) with psychedelic folk sprinkled on top, sung in an affectionate falsetto, it lounges towards a jazzy and spacey coda.

Yes sir, one year after their comeback ep Sudden Moves, Soapstarter are on a roll, and they – like Paul McCartney used to sing – point their arrow to run it right through you! Before their album release early 2022, the band are ready to take their refreshing revival to the road, and are represented by Busker agency.
