Stellvris releases Scorpio

On Friday, 26th May 2023, the Prague formation STELLVRIS released a new single called "Scorpio", with which they follow the band's new direction in cooperation with the American producer Jonathan Doles from KonKrete Studios LA (Cane Hill, For the Fallen Dreams and more). This time the band waded into more alternative waters and became harder compared to the previous two singles. Last year, the band set a high concert pace and thus presented their debut EP "Upside Down", released in 2022, to a wide audience across leading Czech festivals and concerts abroad. This year we can look forward to a debut album that will carry the spirit of modern metal and huge sound from the pen of Jonathan Dolese.

Single Scorpio offers a glimpse into the soul of a person who is in a life conflict between person’s light and dark side. Darkness is something that characterizes that person. It affects how her view of the world is formed. At the same time, it is a powerful driving engine on the way to the goal. She finds her bright side of personality precisely through the darkness. She can be a leader, she can lead people, but is often lost in herself. Mysticism and passion are something that people born under the Scorpio sign have in them. They want it all or nothing.

STELLVRIS is a metal band, established in 2019 in Prague, perceptibly influenced on metalcore roots. This four piece band will take you on the journey without any musical boundaries, based on heavy guitars, intense grooves and wide-range vocals of the frontwoman Nicol. In 2020 band released their very first music video single "Find Your Course" which immediately got attention both in Czech Republic as well as abroad. After a few released singles, the band released their debut EP called "Upside Down" in 2022, which in the same year they presented to a wide range of audiences across leading Czech festivals such as Brutal Assault, Fajtfest, Basinfirefest, Metal Gate Czech Death Fest or Death Coffee Party, as well as at concerts abroad. This year, the band will perform in Vienna and Dornbirn as support for Jinjer, among others. The band is set this year to release their debut album in collaboration with American producer Jonathan Doles of KonKrete Studios LA (Cane Hill, For the Fallen Dreams and more). The main goal of STELLVRIS is to continue to create quality and original production, which, together with the huge energy on the stage hitting everyone at the concerts
