Swedish House Mafia throw free concert in Gothenburg

On Saturday 29 August, Swedish House Mafia will take over Götaplatsen for a free concert in the heart of Gothenburg, in collaboration with Göteborgskalaset, the city's annual festival. From 13.30 - 14.30 CEST, the trio will step onto the main stage for a special performance open to all.

Götaplatsen, one of Gothenburg's best-known meeting places, will become an open-air dance floor for the afternoon. Surrounded by the Museum of Art, the City of Theatre and the Concert Hall, the trio will play for the crowd in a setting a long way from the arena stage. No tickets are required and the performance is open to everyone who wishes to attend.

For fans and locals alike, it’s a chance to see Swedish House Mafia up close and right on the city’s doorstep.

Göteborgskalaset is Gothenburg's free city festival, running 27 to 30 August across the city centre and organised by Göteborg & Co on behalf of the City of Gothenburg.
