Tanzwut releases new Single "Die Sänger Singen Noch"

With their new single "DIE SÄNGER SINGEN NOCH (Tanzwut & Freunde)" ("The Singers Still Sing"), Tanzwut deliver a deeply moving hymn to the realness of heart and soul in music.

"Die Sänger singen noch" will be available on all major streaming platforms from July 17, 2026, and comes with an exclusive, star-studded special version uniting frontman Teufel with several icons of the scene under the collective banner "Tanzwut & Freunde."

Prepare for the voices to be heard. In the end, it is not perfection that moves us, but the human behind the microphone.

Algorithms compose melodies today, and artificial voices simulate emotion. What remains of the human in music? The song centers on the role of the singer, once the unmistakable face and soul of a track. With haunting melancholy, Tanzwut address the growing danger that real voices are being displaced by flawlessly engineered AI productions. What happens when a singer's character and fragility are replaced by pristine, calculated soundscapes?

For the special version, renowned musicians and scene icons join Teufel: Alea and Elsi of Saltatio Mortis, Eric and Ally of Subway to Sally, Martin of MONO INC., René of Heldmaschine, Johnny of Soulbound, and Sotiria. When these distinct, characterful voices come together in one grand, emotional finale, goosebumps are guaranteed. Many voices, one common cause: real artists cannot be replaced.

For this feature song, an elaborate music video was shot, serving as a visual counterpoint to today's technological pace. Set in the historic Ballhaus Wedding in Berlin, the band embraces classic elegance and permanence. Framed in heavy, gilded frames, the guest vocalists are portraited like living, timeless works of art, nearly like a deliberate, nostalgic contrast to the sterile, artificial digital world. The musicians send out their message in a moving, ballad-like poem about artistic identity, and about whether real emotion can still be believed when it no longer comes from a real human being.

Music is more than digital sound. It is expression and lived experience. With this stance, the band delivers a heartfelt song and an uncomfortable thought: if we let machines take over the microphone, music loses its soul and heart.

"Die Sänger singen noch" is part of Tanzwuts upcoming album “HERZ AUS STEIN”, which will be released on September 4, 2026, on CD, colored vinyl, exclusive liquid vinyl, a limited-edition fan box, and on all streaming platforms. The exclusive fan box includes the album as a digipak, an autographed card, and more.
