‘Like Sand’ is the brand new single and first track on ‘Light Stays Close’ the debut full length album of The Spectors, to be released on [PIAS] Recordings 6th March 2015. Twin Peaksesque synth pads and a pulsating new wave bassline give way to panoramically sparkling guitars and scathing reproach. ‘Like Sand’ is vintage The Spectors. Shoegaze guitars tangled up in complex love triangle with Girl Group vocal harmonics.
