Turquoise Yachting Club, drop their EP « Overnight Part One », and with it their new single «The 2nd's Good » !

Turquoise Yachting Club, the band formed around Robin Gombau, releases the EP « Overnight Part One » , the first half of a record planned for next year. After exploring the realms of bedroom pop and surf-rock on 4 EPs and 3 albums, celebrating their love of daydreaming, Connan Moccasin and Mild High Club, they've changed their approach.

« Overnight is an EP that differs radically from what we used to do before. Over time, our musical inspirations have evolved, and the terrain of coldwave and post-punk really spoke to us at the time of its conception, » explains Robin.

The darker moods of the tracks have enabled the band to explore new musical themes, new sounds and a different way of singing, as is the case on the single « The 2nd's Good » , with its eighties atmosphere, contemporary synths and The Smiths touch.
