Wacken Winter Nights Spectaculum kicks off for the third time! On March 7th and 8th 2025 the famous Landgasthof Wacken hosts this very special event between medieval flair, dark sounds and folkloric atmosphere. Seven bands make you headbang, dance and party over two days, while a separate medieval and fantasy market ensures a varied supporting program.

Organizer Thomas Jensen: “Our legendary Landgasthof opens its doors in Wacken and once again offers a good load of metal and folk, cold beer and a top program! You shouldn’t miss it!”

Organizer Holger Hübner adds: “This is how the new year can start!” We’re celebrating for the third time in March with a great line-up and we’re looking forward to seeing our fans again!”

The headliners for Friday have already been announced: None other than the great Mr. Hurley and the Pulveraffen will be anchoring in Wacken. On board: fun, optimism and unbridled joy of life! The German pirate folk rockers once again take you into a world full of pirates, giant octopuses and mermaids. The Norwegian Viking metallers Einherjer been confirmed for Saturday, bringing Nordic mythology and the Viking era to Wacken. The finest medieval and folk music is served by Kupfergold, who have taken the medieval music scene by storm, while Obscurity will fire up their Battle Metal anthems. On top spiced pirate metal will be delivered by Katerfahrt to Wacken Winter Nights Spectaculum.

In addition to the music program, there will be a medieval & fantasy market, which invites metalheads to browse around the market and taste culinary specialties. There is free admission for the market.
