From 26 to 30 August, AB will once again liven up Brussels’s oldest and most charming park with its free summer festivals Boterhammen In Het Park and Feeërieën. The summer’s warmest stage, Bar Chaud, will also return to its spot beside the kiosk in Brussels Park. Every afternoon, it will be home to free dance workshops, jams, battles, performances and DJ sets.

Boterhammen In Het Park – Your annual summer cheer
Since 1990, Boterhammen In Het Park has played host to the best contemporary Flemish and Dutch-language artists. This year is no different; come and enjoy the music with a delicious sandwich and a view of the kiosk in Brussels Park.
The programme for Boterhammen In Het Park 2025 includes the whispered pop of De Toegift, the energetic noise of Prins S. en de Geit , and the return of the iconic Madou. Guido Belcanto , a fixture in the Flemish music scene for over 40 years, will introduce himself to a new generation along with Kaat Van Stralen. Emma Bale will perform an intimate Dutch-language set and Sophie Straat‘s socially conscious smartlappen will resonate through Brussels Park. The Basque-Antwerpian Simon will perform his exclusive new work, and AB will proudly present the breakthrough voice of 2024, LUNA. The line-up is completed by none other than Maksim, the winner of Radio 2’s Zomerhit 2024.
Bar Chaud – Free activities in Brussels Park
Last year, the second edition of Bar Chaud took place on the Boterhammen In Het Park / Feeërieën festival site. The summer’s warmest stage was all the rage, so this year AB is bringing a range of free activities to Brussels Park for a third time, in collaboration with Timiss, the female skateboarding crew BX’Elles and BRUZZ. Expect dance workshops, skateboarding classes, jams, concerts, DJs, and most of all a bunch of summer vibes!
Feeërieën – an unexpected musical encounter that knows no borders
This summer, AB is celebrating the 21st anniversary of its free summer discovery festival Feeërieën. For two whole decades, the festival has been providing festivalgoers with an unexpected musical adventure.
