Bnny, the “indie scene staple” (FADER) fronted by Jessica Viscius, “manages to quietly devastate in less time than it takes to make a cup of tea” (DIY). Last year, Bnny released One Million Love Songs — the follow up to their “romantic and melancholic”(FLOOD) debut album Everything — and played a handful of headlining shows in support of the album, followed by a run of dates supporting Cults. Today, Bnny presents their new single/video, “Love Trap,” and announces a run of 2025 tour dates. Lifted from the cutting room floor of One Million Love Songs, “Love Trap” offers a glimpse at a new shade of Bnny: supercharged, distorted, growing from filtered whispers into the loudest track across their discography.

Of “Love Trap,” Viscius adds: “‘Love Trap’ is an ode to toxic relationships.”

There are one million ways to approach love, one million ways to experience love, one million ways in which love shapes both the course of our lives and how we choose to navigate that course. Many of the tracks across One Million Love Songs take it as a given that love will end. Produced by Viscius and recorded at Asheville’s Drop of Sun Studios with Alex Farrar (MJ Lenderman, Wild Pink, Wednesday), One Million Love Songs is a brighter, fuller record that shows Viscius’ immense growth as an arranger and artist. “I wanted to make songs that are exciting to play—songs that make me feel happy,” Viscius says. “This album is about love after loss, getting older, and just trying to have fun with a broken heart.”

Deep romantic love, breathy lust, generous self-love—and their opposites, self-loathing, resentment, disappointment—all make appearances on One Million Love Songs. This year, Bnny will embark on a tour supporting Kim Deal, Peach Pit and Briston Maroney, marking some of Bnny’s largest shows to-date. Including stops in New York, Chicago and more, Bnny’s tour includes performances at the historic Red Rocks Amphitheatre, as well as Los Angeles’ Greek Theatre. A full list of tour dates are below.
