Essex based Alternative Rock artists Butterfly Hurricane (the solo project of Harry Acreman) has today returned with their sophomore single ‘Super Turbo’ - a track created to help people find the courage to start letting go of their bad habits. Stream it HERE and watch the official music video below.

“On a personal level, the song delves into my experience with Crohn's disease. Its lyrics mirror the emotions I once harbored about the challenges it posed. I despised the way it affected me, the consequences it brought, and the medication's side effects. However, during that phase, it seemed as though it defined my existence. To embark on a path towards improvement, I realised I would have to re-discover who I am and take a plunge into something new.”

Butterfly Hurricane’s debut single, "Barricade," made waves when it was premiered on BBC Radio 1 by Alyx Holcombe, captivating audiences with its raw energy and emotional depth. Notably, "Barricade" also found a home in the coveted Kerrang! charts, cementing Butterfly Hurricane's position as an exciting new voice in the realm of modern rock.

Before embarking on his solo career, Acreman was part of alternative rock band Sun Arcana, which enjoyed significant success with numerous radio plays on BBC Radio 1's Future Sounds and the BBC Radio 1 Rock Show, as well as on Kerrang! Radio. The band also played at some of the UK's most iconic music festivals, including Download Festival, 2000 Trees and Reading and Leeds.

When Sun Arcana took a break, Harry felt compelled to take his music in a different direction and pursue a solo career. Under the moniker Butterfly Hurricane, he continues to push the boundaries of rock and alternative music, with a sound that is both heavy and introspective. With his talent and passion, Butterfly Hurricane is poised to make a big impact on the music scene, both in the UK and beyond
