Legendary French band Indochine releases today the official music video for their new single “L’Amour Fou”, directed by globally celebrated visual artist David LaChapelle. Shot in Mexico City, the video brings together the creative worlds of one of France’s most iconic rock bands and a visionary artist known for his work with Björk, Madonna, Elton John, Amy Winehouse and many more.

LaChapelle brings his signature cinematic flair and aesthetic to this striking collaboration with Indochine. At its core is a powerful dance between two characters, whose simplicity and raw expression beautifully reflect the emotional depth of the track.

“L’Amour Fou” is taken from the band’s latest album Babel Babel, which debuted at No. 1 in France and Belgium, and is now certified double platinum.

“It was a real pleasure to work with artists who trust other artists. Working with Indochine was a unique experience.”- David LaChapelle
“David captured the essence of the song in a uniquely powerful way. He translated its emotion into images. We gave him complete freedom — we simply trusted him.” – Nicola Sirkis
