Rising Maryland alternative rock band SAVAGE HANDS has dropped a brand new single called 'Useless' via an intense music video. The standalone track comes just a week before the band heads out for a North American tour with PALISADES and DAYSEEKER. Get the song 'Useless' here: https://SavageHands.lnk.to/Useless

'Useless' - this song holds a lot of power. This was one of the first tracks we ever wrote as SAVAGE HANDSand its direction, lyrically is where we are headed as individuals. The EP was about the darkest times in our lives. With 'Useless' we wanted to show the progress we have made as individuals and show that with rough spots in life you can feed off the negativity and push yourself into a better direction.” - Mikey Garrow (singer)

“Our video is dark and vague because this stage in our story still has a lot more to be expressed. We didn’t want to show too much before the curtain finally drops. We also used the darker tones because at this stage of life, coming off of depression and or raw emotions can be dark. This video gives off a empty void kind of setting and we feel like that’s how this stage of life can be at times. - Mikey Garrow (singer)

Hailing from Waldorf, Maryland, SAVAGE HANDS signed with SharpTone Records earlier this year and soon followed with the release of their debut EP, »Barely Alive«, which is available at Apple Music and Spotify.

Born from the ashes of now defunct bands in Maryland and Virginia, SAVAGE HANDS are already racking up the achievements – alongside stacks of touring experience already under their communal belt. They've written and recorded a powerful first release, with Andrew Baylis bringing his experienced ear and accomplished technical skills to the production stages. The »Barely Alive« EP's visceral song writing, lyrical wit and gut punching musicianship brought them to the attention of SharpTone Records. Filled with catchy hooks that weave in and out of blood-pumping, adrenaline spiking verses and visceral, gut-busting breakdowns - SAVAGE HANDS' debut effort is one that makes the ground shake and inspires an emotional, energetic uproar within the listener. Never sacrificing a sense of poetic wit and sharp-tongued flair for their equally engaging punchy musicianship, SAVAGE HANDS' debut effort is just the first of many things bound to craft a stellar—and savage—future.
