rtist Partner Group, Atlantic Records and Universal Pictures continue the historic rollout of "FAST & FURIOUS 8: THE ALBUM" with another blockbuster new single/video: "Good Life" from the ultimate Bay Area-duo of multi-platinum superstar G-Eazy & GRAMMY®-nominated R&B songstress Kehlani. The complete musical companion to the film will arrive in stores and at all online retailers Friday, April 14, two days after Universal Pictures’ FAST & FURIOUS 8 opens in theatres across the country.
"Good Life," by G-Eazy & Kehlani is joined by a new high-energy companion video that includes never-before-seen footage from FAST & FURIOUS 8. The "Good Life" video premiered tonight exclusively via Vin Diesel’s hugely popular official Facebook and has also been shared on the official "FAST AND FURIOUS" Facebook page, which has nearly 60 million likes.
"Kehlani is one of my favorite people on earth. She's incredibly talented but beyond that she has a special soul," said G-Eazy. "It's easy for us to work together because we go way back, that's one of my closest homies. She has a great energy and this song is all about that."
GRAMMY®-nominated Kehlani recently released her critically acclaimed Atlantic Records debut album "SWEETSEXYSAVAGE" – featuring the hit singles "Distraction" and " CRZY" – which made a phenomenal debut upon its January 2017 release, entering the SoundScan/Billboard 200 at No. 3 while also coming in at No. 1 on the "Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums" chart. Kehlani was supposed to perform at the AB (Brussels) on March 22nd, but unfortunately the singer had to postpone the second half of her European tour due to medical issues. A new date will be announced shortly.
