The Molotovs have announced a UK tour for January and February, 2026. The ‘Wasted On Youth’ tour will see the brother and sister duo (Matthew and Issey Cartlidge, aged 17 and 19), play a series of independent venues across the UK in support of their highly anticipated debut album, ‘Wasted On Youth’.

The country wide tour includes stops at Glasgow (King Tuts), Manchester (Gorilla), Bristol (Thekla), Sheffield (Hallamshire Hotel), Southampton (The Brook), London (100 Club, Rough Trade on Denmark Street) and more. Tickets are on sale at https://themolotovs.os.fan/.

News of the tour follows their sold-out, raucous show at London’s 1,500-capacity Electric Ballroom in October, for their biggest ever headline concert. The band took to the stage at the packed out venue having released only two singles. Living up to the hype, their performance picked up 5 stars from Music News ("Youth, passion and a refusal to concede to apathy"). Punk In Focus called The Molotovsthe future of British Rock”.

Fast becoming recognised as one of the country’s most exciting live acts, The Molotovs recently earned the seal of approval from Iggy Pop, who personally chose them to support his U.S. shows this year. It was also recently revealed that the band will join YUNGBLUD on his upcoming arena run.

Following their show at Electric Ballroom, The Molotovs released Rhythm Of Yourself, which became their third consecutive Top 3 single on the physical chart. See the music video HERE.

Announcing the 2026 UK tour, The Molotovs emphasised the importance of grassroots venues, with Matthew Cartlidge stating: “We want to make sure we’re playing all of those vital independent stages that keep new talent coming through.

He added: “We’re doing this to stand with grassroots venues that help keep music alive, and formed an intrinsic part of the band’s origins.
