“Good Time” follows Vincent’s single “Surrounded” - which was a love letter to his golden era of dance music. “Good Time” follows suit, as Vincent aims to make the same evocative and anthemic sounds that he loved in older dance music with his new Dim Mak productions.
In his own words; "This song and my music overall tries to bridge the gap between feeling old/nostalgic and keeping production fresh and updated. It took a really long time to figure out how to get those feelings across, but Good Time is that to the utmost extent!”
Vincent’s growth and lore in the dance music space for the last decade are unique. Previous releases of his like “I’m No Magician” have amassed over 16M streams without any official playlisting support from DSPs. Initially releasing music independently, his early bootleg remixes for Alison Wonderland and The Chainsmokers received millions of streams, becoming flagship songs played in their respective live shows. Vincent continued with no signs of slowing down, releasing official remixes for RL Grime and Gryffin and originals that would be featured in commercials for Adidas and Apple. These culminate in milestone performances at Hard Summer, Snowglobe, and Coachella
