Southern California indie-rock duo Wilder. is back with their latest single, "Dial Tone," a heartfelt and powerful reflection on overcoming difficult times and embracing what lies ahead. The track is a stirring anthem about coming to terms with life’s hardships, accepting the past, and shifting focus toward the future.

"Dial Tone" is the latest preview of Wilder.’s highly anticipated debut LP, "Better Days," set for release on May 2nd via Rude Records. The record captures themes of hope, perseverance, and personal growth, offering a collection of songs that resonate deeply with listeners.

"This song is about letting go of a chapter of your life that used to be your everyday routine. Going through the motions of what happens after and taking that time to grip on to what matters most and what makes you who you are" the band shares.

Following the success of previous singles "Young," "Never Gonna Change," "Better Days," "Burnover," "Best Wishes," "Vital Signs," and "Feeling Fine," Wilder. continues to push forward with their infectious sound and emotionally charged storytelling. With each release, they invite fans into their journey, turning personal experiences into anthems that speak to the universal struggles and triumphs of life.

With their unrelenting energy and heartfelt songwriting, Wilder. is quickly becoming a standout name in the indie-rock landscape. "Dial Tone" is another testament to their ability to turn life’s hardships into powerful, resonant music that inspires hope for better days ahead.

Wilder. describes the album as their most personal work yet: "These are some of the most intimate songs we have written. Diving back into raw and honest lyrics and driving it home with high energy through our music. The theme behind this record is Better Days. Learning from past hurt and mistakes and channeling that towards better days. Having hope that things will get better. Always growing and always learning. These songs are like journal entries covering all of the emotions one may feel during rough times. Still finding hope and climbing out of the depths."

Better Days follows the success of the band's debut EP BAD BAD LUCK (2021), a high-energy and introspective collection of indie-punk tracks that resonated with fans and critics alike. The EP delved deeply into the band members' experiences as young adults navigating their faith and the challenges of starting fresh. Building on these themes, Better Days promises to deliver even more raw, heartfelt lyrics, and catchy melodies that have come to define Wilder.'s sound.

Better Days will also be available as a limited edition vinyl LP, exclusively through the Rude Records store. Fans are encouraged to register early to secure their copy by visiting: https://www.ruderecords.com/products/better-days-vinyl-lp

Wilder. is the brand new project of Long Beach, CA musicians Stephen Ramos and Nick Sturz. Over the past decade, the two musicians have cut their teeth on the road and in the studio, performing dozens of tours across the states, recording albums and paying their dues. Having learned valuable lessons by means of failure, success and perseverance, the duo have formed Wilder., what they feel to be the most accurate representation of who they are as artists.

Their music as Wilder. is upbeat, infectiously melodic, and resemblant of the Southern California aesthetic from which it was created. Their aim is simple, and is even written onto Ramos’ Fender Telecaster - the band is now here, and things are about to get wild. But behind their vibrant imagery, their songs have underlying lyrical content full of honesty and angst, with a tongue-in-cheek attitude that leaves the listener wanting to know more of the story.
