De tour met Of Mice & Men start op 20 november in Duitsland waarna ze ook Frankrijk, Nederland en het Verenigd Koningkrijk aandoen met de laatste show in Londen op 14 december. Tickets zijn hier verkrijgbaar.
“Our whole idea is: if we're going to do this, then we're going to do it properly,” zegt drummer Harry Jennings. “Just really go for it, leave no stone unturned, and just dive headfirst into it. We're taking no prisoners.” Ze beloven dat ze in 2024 absoluut overal te vinden zullen zijn.
“Broken Bloodlines,” richt zich op het achterlaten van negativiteit in je leven. “It's about when you've got friends or family in your life, and they’re just consistently taking the wrong path,” vertelt vocalist Tony Maue. “You do everything to try to steer them back into the good side of life, but they just ignore it, and continue to drag everyone good along with them. It’s about learning to cut ties with those people before you get sucked in too deep, letting them go and cutting your losses.”
Defects benutten de zwaarte en agressie van Lamb Of God en Machine Head, een Linkin Park-achtig gevoel voor melodie, en een vleugje van Bring Me The Horizon met het toevoegen van elektronische elementen.
Over de Of Mice & Men tour vertelt de band, “We are hugely thankful to the guys in Of Mice & Men for the continued support and the amazing opportunity to follow them around Europe for the first time and in the UK. Growing up listening to this band and now sharing a stage with them is truly an honour, and we can’t wait to show everyone what we can do.”
Tony Maue [Vocalen], Luke Genders [Gitaar], James Threadwell [Gitaar], Harry Jennings [Drums] en David Silver [Bas] hebben support slots vervult voor In Flames, Bullet for My Valentine en Funeral For A Friend, hebben in 2022 op grote festivals gestaan en ook hun debuut EP “Dream Awake” uitgebracht. Recentelijk hebben ze ook deals getekend bij Mascot Records, United Talent Agency en Raw Power Management en zijn ze druk bezig geweest met hun debuutalbum.
