With “Apágame” (English: “Turn Me Off”), Alvaro Soler will release a single that addresses a highly relevant topic: our relationship with the digital world. “I wrote ‘Apágame’ because I keep noticing how screens and algorithms captivate us,” Alvaro explains. “Sometimes you don’t even know anymore: Is this the real world or digital? I often catch myself in that situation and have created ways at home to be phone-free – and it feels incredibly good.”

Musically, “Apágame” starts with a modern, tightly produced sound typical of today’s pop world.
