Belgian producer Jennifur releases last single before his album release.

Inspired by the poignant spirit of the film About Time and the universal experience of grief, 'In The Sun' serves as an emotional love letter to lost loved ones. Using the setting sun as a metaphor for a race against time, the track captures the raw sensation of chasing moments before they slip away.

The single is accompanied by an official music video recorded during Critical Mass in Brussels, a monthly, self-organized mass bicycle ride where hundreds of cyclists take over city streets. The video mirrors the song's themes of movement, community, and shared human connection.

The overarching album, MAZDA, traces its origins back to a playlist sent to Jennifur by his brother. Titled after the car their parents drove, the playlist featured tracks their father used to play on family road trips. What started as a nostalgic trip down memory lane became the emotional blueprint for the project. Built around the feeling of a long car ride, MAZDA explores moments suspended in time, watching shifting landscapes through the window while reflecting on where you have been and where you are headed.

'In The Sun' follows a series of successful single releases earlier this year, including 'This Is Not What We Came For', 'From The Sideline', 'You Always Knew That Feeling' and 'Need You By My Side' (featuring TEUN), the latter of which featured on the Belgian PlayRight Top 100 Chart.

Jennifur will celebrate the album's launch with a live release show at Botanique in Brussels on October 23, 2026.
