Between Cities return with 'Dead & Gone', the first single from their debut album arriving in spring 2027. The track was co-written and produced by renowned UK producer Dan Weller, known for his work with Holding Absence, Caskets and Enter Shikari.

'Dead & Gone' is about the part of grief nobody prepares you for - not the loss itself, but the ordinary days that follow it, when the world moves on and expects you to move with it. It was written to be sung back by a room full of people, and it already has been: the band road-tested the song across fifteen dates in Germany and Switzerland with Call It Off before anyone had heard the recording.

The single follows 'Beyond This Grave' - co-written with Lucas Woodland of Holding Absence, which tripled the band's monthly listeners, and 'Quicksand', co-written with Robin van Loenen (Armin van Buuren, Nicky Romero). 'Dead & Gone' now opens their most ambitious campaign yet, backed by a new US partnership with Arson Theory, the artist-first company founded by Eddie Hermida of Suicide Silence, alongside press campaigns with AtomSplitter (USA) Noise Cartel (UK) and KINDA (Europe). With this release, Between Cities confidently step into a new era: heavier, more refined, and emotionally uncompromising.
