Common Saints Returns With New Single "Illusions"

London-based producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Charlie J Perry - better known as Common Saints - returns today with his new single “Illusions”, accompanied by a striking video filmed in Hungary.

“‘Illusions’ reflects the state of humanity today — a time when truth feels harder than ever to grasp,” says Charlie. “With countless sources of information and AI blurring the lines between real and artificial, we often find ourselves lost in illusions.”

Blending soulful textures, rich instrumentation, and his signature atmospheric production, “Illusions” captures both the confusion and quiet hope of modern life. Beneath its hypnotic groove lies a deeper question: Are we really living? It’s an invitation to step beyond the loops of distraction and rediscover what it truly means to be human.

Following the release of his introspective EP Equinox, featuring standout singles “Honey” and “Firebird,” Perry continues to evolve his sound — pushing further into a world of lush, genre-blurring soul and alternative groove. The project has already drawn significant attention, marking a bold new chapter in his artistic journey.

Common Saints also announces a run of UK and European live dates for 2026, including headline shows in Berlin, Amsterdam, and London’s EartH Theatre, as well as a special appearance supporting Say She She at Brixton Academy on Nov 26, 2025.
