Every weekday morning we begin with meditation and yoga – building a consistent practice – and weekday evenings will feature talks and workshops from worldwide teachers... Connecting us in a beautiful ‘online retreat’ bubble for the month of January and beginning the year with a calm nervous system, open heart and elevated mind.

The course will be focused around the rhythms of the cosmos and the Moon’s cycle as it flows through the astrology signs, with a weekly elemental focus.

From herbs to nourishment, to mantras, magic spells, womb healing and dream work, to astrology and much more, this will be a very unique course bringing together many amazing teachers.
