Crucified Barbara announces In The Red

Since their debut album "In Distortion We Trust" 2005, Crucified Barbara earned it’s reputation as one hell of a live band through diligent hard-on from the biggest festival stages to the dirtiest rock clubs, both on their own and as support to the likes of In Flames, Sepultura, Motörhead and Backyard Babies. The band has toured all over Europe several times, couple of laps in Brazil, played in Australia and ??a five-week U.S. tour.

Crucified Barbara has delivered first-class hard rock since they released their debut album in 2005. Their music is heavy, uncompromising rock spiced with some rattle and delicate melodies. In September this Stockholm based quartet release their fourth full-length album "In the Red," the band's most significant and heaviest album so far.Just like they did for previous album "The Midnight Chase", the band has recorded in the legendary Music-A-Matic studio in Gothenburg with Henryk Lipp as sound engineer and producer Chips Kiesby. "We've been jamming ourselves bloody and let your emotions flow prior to recording. We have always been shocked by injustice and oppression and this time, our opinions have taken an even bigger place in the songwriting" says the band. "This album is the best thing we've ever done musically and it feels damn good to take a clear stand against subjects like misogyny and animal rights, topics we are passionate about, through our music.

Crucified Barbara start their touring this summer with a bunch of European festival gigs and the band has already released the first single To Kill A Man and video from their upcoming album "In The Red"
