Flume unveils new track 'Say It' feat Tove Lo

Fresh from a massive set closing Coachella’s Outdoor Stage this weekend, Flume debuts “Say It” featuring Tove Lo, premiering as Annie Mac’s Hottest Record on BBC Radio 1, who said "He's done it again, Flume has made another smasher". “It was a really fun one to make,” Flume says of the track. “I went and saw Kanye’s show at the Hollywood Bowl last year and after the show a few of us were at a bar and a Tove Lo song was playing. I Shazamed the song. We reached out to try get something happening and it turned out that she was in L.A. Two days later we were in the studio together and we wrote ‘Say It.’”

“I was in LA for a few days between tours when Harley reached out to me about writing together,” says Tove Lo. “I’ve been a big fan of him for a long time so I pretty much ran over to his studio. He played me some ideas which one of them was the track for ‘Say It,’ and I just started vibing melodies over it and we put together something we loved. It was so relaxed and fun and kind of a new way for me to write. Very excited for people to hear it!”

“Say It” follows “Smoke and Retribution” (featuring Vince Staples and Kučka), “Wall Fuck” and first official single “Never Be Like You” featuring Kai. “Never Be Like You”, reached #1 on the Australian ARIA chart and is now double platinum and has had 80 million streams globally and has been Shazamed over 1 million times. The #1 single, which premiered on BBC Radio 1 as Annie Mac's 'Hottest Record’ was subsequently added to the BBC Radio 1 B-List.
